Glentower Lower Observatory was originally built for the superintendent Clement Wragg who was responsible for the operation of the meteorological observatory on the summit of Ben Nevis. The building is one of the oldest and most respected in Fort William, and today represents the best in contemporary accommodation within a short distance of Loch Linnhe and Fort William town centre.
